A dramatic 40 cm circular seascape capturing the wild movement and shifting colours of the sea. Layers of turquoise, deep blue and soft sea-green build towards powerful breaking waves, with delicate white spray giving a wonderful sense of movement and energy.
Touches of warm golden sand beneath the translucent shallows contrast beautifully with the darker, stormier water beyond. Created in layers of resin, the glossy finish adds depth and luminosity, making the water appear to move as the light changes.
An atmospheric statement piece inspired by the ever-changing seas around Shetland.
How It's Made
How It's Made
Each piece of artwork within the Sea Glass collection is made from glass collected by Sarah from a beach in Shetland. Varying in colours and shapes, sea glass can be found in abundance here in Shetland, having been washed up on the shoreline after a storm.
Sarah hand picks each piece of sea glass then cleans and sorts them into sizes and colours before incorporating them into her artwork.

Clean using a damp cloth, buff with a dry one.
Polish if necessary using Original T-Cut car polish.
