A dramatic 30cm resin seascape capturing the raw energy of the Shetland sea. Turquoise waters meet a brooding grey sky as powerful waves rise and break across the foreground, their white foam created through flowing layers of resin.
The contrast between the luminous blue-green water and dark, stormy tones gives the piece a wonderful sense of depth and movement, while the fine sea spray adds to the feeling of standing close to the shore on a wild Shetland day.
Stormglass celebrates the ever-changing character of the sea — beautiful, unpredictable and full of energy. Each detail has been created by hand, making this an entirely unique original artwork.

How It's Made
How It's Made
Each piece of artwork within the Sea Glass collection is made from glass collected by Sarah from a beach in Shetland. Varying in colours and shapes, sea glass can be found in abundance here in Shetland, having been washed up on the shoreline after a storm.
Sarah hand picks each piece of sea glass then cleans and sorts them into sizes and colours before incorporating them into her artwork.

Clean using a damp cloth, buff with a dry one.
Polish if necessary using Original T-Cut car polish.
